Reasons to reach out:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or feeling constantly on edge

  • Depression, numbness, or feeling like you've lost yourself

  • Feeling overwhelmed by emotions or reacting in ways you later regret

  • Relationships, communication, boundaries

  • Patterns that keep repeating

  • Learning to respond in a way that doesn’t make things worse

  • ADHD-related challenges with organization or getting started on tasks

  • Panic attacks, fears, or phobias

  • Feeling stuck, unmotivated, or unsure how to move forward

  • Identity, self-worth, and shame

  • Stress, burnout, or major life changes

  • Wanting a deeper understanding of yourself or a clearer sense of what needs to change

  • Feeling hopeless, that you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, or that you don’t want to be here anymore*

*I can work with thoughts of not wanting to be here when there is no current plan or intention to act on them. If staying safe feels uncertain, we may need to talk about adding more support or finding a level of care that can meet what you need in that moment.

You don't need to have it all figured out

You don't need to have it all figured out

You don't need to have it all figured out

Whether this is your first time reaching out to a therapist or you have done therapy before, you do not need to show up knowing exactly what to say or what kind of help you need.

I work with people who want to make a change, even if you’re not yet sure what that change is. You may be dealing with a clear diagnosis or specific symptoms, or you may be getting through your days just fine on the outside while things feel very different on the inside. Maybe you feel stuck in the same patterns, disconnected from yourself, or unsure why life still feels so hard. You may know exactly what is bothering you, or you may simply have the sense that something feels off.

Part of our work is getting clearer about what is happening and where we can begin to implement change.

My style of therapy:

My style of therapy:

My approach is more active and directive than traditional talk therapy. I genuinely enjoy hearing about the day-to-day details of my clients’ lives, and I will also re-direct sessions at times to make sure we get to what you came in wanting to address and make progress toward the goals you want to work toward. And if what you need right now is simply a place to talk through what is happening, that’s okay too.

Our work may involve changing the way you think about something, learning how to move through intense emotions, responding differently in relationships, following through on practical goals, or building a life that feels more like the one you want for yourself through both awareness and practical skills.
